1、 Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the chairman in managing daily affairs, participate in company senior meetings, and write meeting minutes;
2. Timely convey the instructions of the chairman to all departments, arrange and coordinate the work of each department;
3. Assist the chairman in managing the procurement and warehousing center, manufacturing center, finance center, and other subordinate departments, and grasp the main business activities of the company;
4. Check and supervise the execution of the affairs assigned by the chairman, and report the progress and results to the chairman in a timely manner;
5. Based on the overall strategic layout of the company, collect various data and information from the same industry to provide reference for the chairman's decision-making;
6. Assist the Chairman in arranging important meetings and organizing daily meetings, reasonably arrange the Chairman's schedule, timely remind, and provide reasonable suggestions for the Chairman's daily work;
7. Responsible for the reception of Chairman's clients;
8. Follow the chairman on a business trip.
2、 Recruitment requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, under the age of 38, majoring in Enterprise Management, Administrative Management, or Human Resources Management or related majors;
2. At least 3 years of working experience as Chairman/General Manager Assistant in a manufacturing enterprise;
3. Familiar with the operating mode of the manufacturing industry, familiar with planning management, procurement and warehousing, production and manufacturing, and cost management work;
4. Rigorous, meticulous, patient, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-directed ability;
5. Strong thinking and decision-making skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, and good writing skills;
6. Proficient in communication and able to flexibly handle various aspects of public relations;
7. Strong professional ethics and dedication;
8. Able to travel to factories in Heilongjiang and other cities in China.
