On March 5, the first Heilongjiang Province Electronic Information Entrepreneurs Salon, hosted by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and co-organized by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation No. 49 Institute, concluded in Songbei, Harbin. Muleng North Semiconductor, as a key enterprise, was invited to attend and discuss industry development and cooperation plans with peers, research institutes, and government departments.

During the discussion, Wang Bing pointed out that the purpose of holding the entrepreneurs salon is to build an efficient platform for government-enterprise communication, enterprise-to-enterprise connection, and industry-university-research integration to smooth the channels for feedback, accurately match enterprise needs, and promote the effective implementation of policies. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will carefully review and incorporate enterprise opinions and suggestions, strengthen the guarantee of necessary elements, optimize the business environment, fully support electronic information enterprises in becoming stronger and better, accelerate the cultivation and growth of new productive forces, and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of Heilongjiang's electronic information industry.

Zhou Junzhong stated that in recent years, the No. 49 Institute has made significant improvements in scientific research and innovation, industrial transformation, and production capacity, and its capabilities in external cooperation and services have been continuously enhanced. The No. 49 Institute will actively take responsibility and contribute positively to the development of Heilongjiang's electronic information industry and the cultivation of new productive forces.
